Using the Sure Petcare App, you can observe your pets’ daily routines, see when they go outside, and detect changes in behaviour. The app allows you to lock or unlock the door remotely, set and adjust curfews, monitor battery levels, and receive instant notifications when your pets leave or return home. Designed for versatile installation, the SureFlap Microchip Pet Door Connect can be fitted into doors, windows, or walls. For door and wall installations, a hole measuring 207mm (W) x 234mm (H) is required. The outer frame measures 262mm (W) x 281mm (H) with a tunnel depth of 70mm (D). For glass installations, a circular hole of 300mm in diameter should be cut. The SureFlap Pet Door Mounting Adapter (sold separately) ensures a precise and secure fit for glass openings between 300mm and 320mm.
